Window and gutter cleaning for Mt. Lookout's hilly, tree-lined streets, from Mt. Lookout Square up to the Observatory and Ault Park. Locally owned and fully insured.
Exterior cleaning for Mt. Lookout's older homes.
Mt. Lookout got its name from the Cincinnati Observatory, which moved here from Mt. Adams in 1873 and is now a National Historic Landmark on Observatory Place. About 5,000 people live here (5,173 at the 2020 Census), between Hyde Park, Oakley, Linwood and Columbia Tusculum, with both Ault Park and Alms Park inside the neighborhood.
This is a neighborhood of older single family homes. About 57 percent of the homes here date to 1939 or earlier. Around the Observatory, the historic district's houses went up between 1873 and 1923 in Italianate, Second Empire, Queen Anne and Colonial Revival styles, many with tall windows, bay windows and slate roofs. Window cleaning in Mt. Lookout means a lot of tall and bay glass done carefully, and gutter cleaning in Mt. Lookout is about keeping water off old wood and masonry.
We're a locally owned Cincinnati window cleaning and gutter cleaning company on the east side. Pressure washing, gutter guards and solar panel cleaning are part of what we do too.

Answers to common questions from Mt. Lookout homeowners.
Yes. Homes in the Observatory Historic District were built between 1873 and 1923, and many have tall windows and bay windows. We clean the glass, sills and frames and work carefully around the original wood.
Not for routine cleaning and maintenance. The City's guidelines say ordinary repair and maintenance that doesn't change the outside of a building doesn't need a Certificate of Appropriateness. Replacing windows or changing the exterior is a different story, so check with the City first.
We recommend twice a year: once in spring and once after the leaves come down in late fall. City yard waste pickup runs every other week until the second week of January, so a November or early December cleaning lets you set the debris out before the season ends.
